At Total Care Podiatry we work with athletes from many sports from walking to football, ballet and contemporary dance.

There are a few exercise videos here which are useful for all athletes, especially if you are returning to your sport after an extended break.

Strengthening Evertors

This exercise uses a resistance band to strengthens the inner ankle muscles.

Single Leg Rises

This exercise provides an overall strengthening of the muscles in the feet and lower legs.
